Weird Problem O.O"...

Hi folks, i've got a problems with my character screen. The first time i logged in was all perfect, i played and then logged out. The next day i logged in and my character was disappeared from select character screen. I checked on website and my character was still here..its like im blind i cant see it in character screen if somebody knows how to fix this please help i wanna play lol

Every account i use, not just mine after the first time i login i cant see and create anymore characters

try change game resolution
Update video card software
rollback video card driver
Reinstal video card software
system restore 1/2 weeks
Virus Scan
Reinstall windows (my personal favorite) 30 mins all problems solved
